Arizona Open Book Society Presents: "Ive Changed, Therefore I AM..."

As the seasons begin to change, so does our outlook on life. Throughout our lives we are encountered with moments where what was and what is, begin to clash into eachother. And though change can be good, it can sometimes be quite hard to do.

JOIN us, February 18th, for a night of curated and open mic storytelling and monologue festival featuring our local art organizations, Untidy Secrets and Arizona Actors Academy (more groups to be added)!!

You will be given a platform to tell your story in a judgment free setting, about how change has affected your life for the better or for the worst. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY for this event.

This event will include two workshops to choose from.

One being the "Storytelling Workshop", taught by Sarah Maria Rainier and the "Monologue Workshop", taught by Brandy Hotchner.

These workshops will give you insight to how storytellers and actors find ways to use their words to create a relationship or feeling with the audience.

The workshops will begin at 7:30 pm and the performance is at 9:00 pm, so you will be prepared to tell your story, or sit back and watch!

TICKETS are $5 to $10.

If you purchase a ticket for the workshop & performance, the doors will open at 6:30pm.  If you purchase a performance-only ticket, the doors will open at 8:30pm.

Food and Drinks will also be availble at the venue!
